These terms are the Timewire-named agreement for the Timewire web, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Watch apps. They are not 2AM's nightlife terms and not MyAgency's client-portal terms. The Cityscape master terms at /terms also apply; where this page is more specific about Timewire, this page controls for Timewire.
Timewire is a scheduling product. You are responsible for the people you invite into a workspace and for the bank connections you attach to your own member row. Connecting an account is personal: Timewire never shows one member's money to another.
Plans
Timewire is free for your own day. Paid self-serve plans are Plus and Family, sold on the web through Stripe and inside the iOS/Mac app through StoreKit. Business and Enterprise exist as entitlement tiers and are contact-sales only until seat billing ships — they are not a self-serve checkout. Current prices live at /timewire/pricing.
Cancellation
Cancel a web (Stripe) plan from Timewire billing for that workspace, or by deleting the account. Cancel an App Store (StoreKit) plan in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the Timewire app's subscription screen. Deleting the account cancels those Timewire subscriptions first, then deletes the spaces only you can open. Shared spaces are handed over or left for remaining members — they are not destroyed because you left.
