Timewire is the household scheduling product operated by Cityscape Enterprises LLC. It is not 2AM, Helix, or MyAgency. This page is the Timewire-named privacy address for the product and the App Store listing. The Cityscape master privacy policy also applies; where this page is more specific about Timewire, this page controls for Timewire.
Account
When you create an account we store your account identifier, email address, display name, and the sign-in provider you chose (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password). That account data is linked to your workspace membership so people you invite can see who you are. We do not use it for tracking.
Content you create
Tasks, plans, groups, comments, and chat you write in Timewire are stored so the product can show them to you and to members of the spaces you share. That content is linked to your account for app functionality only.
Precise location
With your permission, Timewire uses when-in-use location while the app is open to show how far you are from a saved place. Coordinates you attach to a synced task are transmitted to Timewire's servers with that task so other devices and members of the space can use them. iOS does not currently monitor arrive/leave geofences. Location is never used for tracking. You can deny or revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Timewire, or disable Location cues in the app.
HealthKit sleep
With your permission, Timewire reads sleep duration from HealthKit to complete your private 24-hour day ledger on the device. Sleep samples stay on the device for that ledger. Timewire does not write health data. Nothing from HealthKit is uploaded unless a future change is disclosed here first. You can revoke access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Timewire, or disable Sleep ledger in the app.
Calendar
With your permission, Timewire can show your calendar beside your timewire. Calendar access is optional and can be turned off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Timewire, or in the app's device services screen.
Camera
Timewire uses the camera only while you scan an invite code for a group. Frames are not kept after the scan finishes.
Microphone and speech
Timewire uses the microphone only while you dictate a task or a goal. Apple's speech recognition turns spoken words into editable text and may send audio to Apple's servers for processing. Timewire does not store the audio. The text becomes part of your task or goal when you save it. Apple's processing is described in its Siri, Dictation & Privacy notice.
Bank data
On the web you can connect a bank through SimpleFIN or Plaid so money facts can pace the day. Money data stays private on every plan, including Enterprise — a workspace admin cannot read another member's connected accounts. The native iPhone/iPad/Mac app does not run Plaid Link; on device you can use SimpleFIN, or connect Plaid from the web. Disconnecting a bank revokes access at the provider before Timewire deletes the local row. Timewire does not collect payment card numbers; connected ledgers are other financial information (balances, transactions, assets), not payment info.
Billing
Paid Plus and Family plans are billed by Stripe on the web and by StoreKit inside the Apple apps. Apple apps send signed StoreKit subscription transactions to Timewire. We verify those transactions and use their purchase and subscription details to maintain plan status. We store the subscription identifiers needed to keep the plan in force (Stripe customer/subscription ids, App Store original transaction ids). We do not store full card numbers. Cancel from workspace billing, Apple Subscriptions, or by deleting the account.
Photos and videos
You can upload a profile photo from your library. That image is stored in the public chrono-avatars bucket so people in a shared workspace can recognize you without a workspace token. Task proof photos you upload are stored with the task and available to people who can access that task. Timewire does not use photos for tracking.
Notifications
Timewire schedules local notifications on the device (for example planning reminders). It does not send remote push notifications and does not register an APNs push token for marketing or analytics.
No tracking
Timewire does not track you across apps or websites. The privacy manifest sets tracking to false. There is no third-party analytics SDK in the native app.
Retention
Account and workspace data remain while the account is open. Disconnecting an integration removes that connection. Household member rows (name, role, optional sign-in) stay with the workspace. Deleting your account cancels Timewire Stripe and StoreKit billing, then:
- erases every space only you can still open (delete);
- if you were the only owner of a shared space, hands ownership to the longest-standing remaining signed-in member (hand-over);
- otherwise removes you and leaves the shared board for remaining members (leave).
Shared household member data is not yours to destroy. Tasks assigned to you on a surviving board stay, unassigned.
Deletion
Delete from the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web at /timewire/delete-account. To receive a copy of your Timewire data, use Export your data at /timewire/export.
Third-party processors
Timewire uses Supabase for account and workspace storage, Apple and Google for sign-in, SimpleFIN and Plaid for optional bank connections on the web, and Apple HealthKit / EventKit / Core Location on device for the optional permissions above. Each processor receives only what that feature needs.
