Cityscape Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Cityscape Digital (our AI-powered digital marketing agency) and Venture Village(our gamified business simulation platform), collectively referred to as the “Services.”

• Business information (business name, website URL, phone number) when you request a digital audit
• Payment information processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number
• Contact form submissions (name, email, message)

• Usage data (pages viewed, features used, session duration)
• Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
• IP address and approximate location
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

• To generate AI-powered audit reports and marketing analysis for your business

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and serverless functions (AWS us-east-1)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and edge computing
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini) — to generate audit reports, content, and marketing materials. Business data submitted for audits is sent to AI providers for analysis
• Twilio — voice calls, SMS messaging, and phone number provisioning
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
• LiveKit — real-time voice and video communication
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription for voice calls
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring
• Other service providers — including communications, search, analytics, and content delivery providers that help us deliver and improve our Services
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Business audit reports are retained for 12 months from the date of generation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management (Supabase auth cookies)
• Analytics cookies — to understand how you use our Services (Vercel Analytics)

Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent via our cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Services to function.

7a. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and AI providers) operate primarily in the US. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to the US for processing. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our service providers' compliance frameworks to ensure adequate data protection for international transfers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Opt out of marketing communications

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
