Younify is the personal-record product operated by Cityscape Enterprises LLC. It is not Timewire, 2AM, Helix, or MyAgency. This page is the Younify-named privacy address used by the product and by the App Store listing.
Younify stores the record you fill in — your profile, handles, and the fields you choose to add — together with your friend list, your open and sent requests, and the access grants you have minted. Your name, photo, and handle live on your account profile; Younify reads them and does not keep a second copy.
Access is the point of the product, so it is worth being exact: a grant is minted, it is live until it lapses or you revoke it, and every live grant is listed to you. Nothing can read your record without one. A token's secret is shown once at mint and is never recoverable — only reissued. Sharing your location is a grant like any other and is listed and revoked in the same place.
People you have blocked are never shown to you and never counted, and you never appear to them. "People here" is empty unless you are at an event, and it never lists anyone you have blocked.
Optional identity verification
When identity verification is available, you can choose a government-document and selfie check hosted by Stripe Identity. You consent before leaving Younify. Stripe receives and processes your document and selfie under its privacy policy. Younify stores the verification outcome, provider session references, consent version and dates. Younify does not store your document images, selfie, document number, address, or date of birth from this check. Your verification record is private and cannot be read through an agent token or a shared access grant.
Identity verification supports account trust. It does not approve payments or certify a background check. You can withdraw verification in You, then Identity verification. Withdrawal immediately removes the verified state and requests deletion from Stripe. Stripe redaction can remain pending while it processes that request. Younify retains the references needed to finish deletion and shows the pending state until Stripe confirms completion. Account deletion waits for that confirmation as well. You can continue using your basic account after withdrawing verification.
Signing in with Apple is supported, and Apple's private-relay address is treated as your address. To receive a copy of your Younify record or to erase your account, write to privacy@myagency.dev; deleting the account revokes every live grant first.
