Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Helix, an AI songwriting studio operated by Cityscape Enterprises LLC (“we”, “Helix”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Multi-product terms for other Cityscape Services are in the Cityscape master Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The service

Helix helps you write songs and prepare a copy-paste package you run yourself on third-party tools (e.g. Suno). Helix does not generate audio and never submits anything to Suno on your behalf — the hand-off is yours. Features available to you depend on your plan tier (Songwriter, Studio, Label).

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Generation on metered features is subject to your plan’s monthly allotment; reaching it prompts an upgrade. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

4. Your content & ownership

You own the lyrics and song packages you create with Helix — you are free to use them, including commercially, subject to the terms of any third-party tool you run them through. You are responsible for what you create and for clearing any rights needed for material you supply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Helix to create content that is unlawful, defames or impersonates a real person, infringes copyright, or promotes hate or harm. We screen generated output and may refuse or remove content that violates this section, and may suspend accounts for abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The Helix software, prompts, and underlying craft systems are our property. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or extract them. Access to any “bring-your-own-agent” package is licensed to you for your own use under your subscription.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Helix is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
