This policy explains what Helix (Cityscape Enterprises LLC) collects and how we use it. Portfolio-wide processing (other Cityscape Services such as Creator bots, 2AM, Clipper, and agency tooling) is described in the Cityscape master privacy policy.
Account email (via Google sign-in), subscription & billing status (managed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), the songs, albums, artists, videos, and DNA you create, and basic usage counts for plan limits. To let you return to and improve your work, we also keep a history of your creations and generations (including your AI “Rework” conversations, the notes you give the DNA trainer, and your career/label game progress). If you connect Notion or another provider, we store the access token you authorize so we can sync to your workspace.
To provide the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, send you account email (e.g. your welcome message), and keep the product secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Anthropic (text generation on metered features), Pinecone (semantic search across your catalog), Resend (email), Deepgram (audio-to-lyric transcription, only if you use the timeline feature), and — only if you connect them — Notion and any providers you link. Each processes data to provide its part of the service.
Your lyrics, packages, and the creation/rework history above are stored against your account so you can return to them. We screen generated output for safety but do not use your private songs to train models.
You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated content and tokens at any time from your account page (or email us). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after cancellation, except where we must retain billing records by law.
