Refunds & Cancellation

Helix is a monthly subscription. This is our refund and cancellation policy.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your account page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. You are not charged again after cancelling.

Refunds

If something isn’t right, email us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll refund that month, no hassle. Because plans include AI generation that costs us per use, we can’t refund a billing period in which a large share of the plan’s generation allotment was used, but we’ll always work with you in good faith.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until billing is updated. You can fix your card on the account page.

Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank, access is suspended while the dispute is open. Please contact us first — we’d rather just fix it.
