These terms are the Stance-named agreement for the Stance app. They are not 2AM's nightlife terms, not Timewire's scheduling terms, not Younify's record terms, and not MyAgency's client-portal terms.
Stance is a civic reference app. It tells you who represents you, where they stand, and what that claim is based on. Stance does not tell you what to think. It does not rank politicians, score them, or endorse anyone, and it runs no political advertising.
You sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping access to it secure.
Stance is free to use. It carries no ads and no sponsorships, and it never sells your data. Deleting your account erases your account data.
