You can do this from inside the MyAgency app under More → Delete account, or here.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in, operator desk access, FieldOS memberships (when you are not the sole owner), portal tokens, and other agency-owned rows tied to your account.
What is retained
Deal ledgers stay for bookkeeping with contact fields anonymized. Shared FieldOS tenants you solely own must be transferred first — deletion refuses with a reason instead of silently removing the business.
Confirm
Type DELETE to enable the button. This is immediate and permanent.
